Camping l'Océane offers Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your rental contract; it is optional but it is recommended to take it out.
Our partner Quator Courtage undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay to our holidaymakers who have taken out "Assur Travel" insurance.
Cancellation insurance must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added afterwards under any circumstances.
Its amount is 5% of the rental amount plus options.
The general cancellation conditions are available upon request at the campsite or on www.quatuor-coutage.fr
In case of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as an event preventing your departure occurs, either by mail or email. If the claim is covered under the general terms and conditions, notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all necessary information and supporting documents.
